Having just got back from my holidays, which
included Wimbledon, swimming, sunbathing, eating, drinking and just generally
having a good indulgent time in Menorca, I’m gradually getting back in to the
swing of life – which can sometimes be a challenge when you live in the south
of France – and back to work on a few new projects. Shortly I’ll be able to
tell you about the launch of one of them which is going to be VERY exciting
indeed and perhaps my biggest challenge yet!

This was my first time in Menorca and I really
enjoyed it. We were staying at Villa Carolina, one of the villas that is part of Minorca sailing on the north of the island in a village called Ses Salines.

It was great just
chilling out (apart from trying to be as quiet when my little
nephew was sleeping!)….which
of course left us with no option than to familiarize ourselves with the local
bar offerings. They were not aplenty, but what they lacked in quantity, they
certainly made up for in quality and stunning views of the island. It’s almost
worth going to the Balearic island just for some stunning night time star
gazing.
